Job Responsibilities:
1.Work with assist HR Manager on recruiting planning and strategy.
2.Control the headcount according to the plan.
3.Efficienetly and effectively recruits employees according the cost center supervisors requirements.
4.Clarifies with cost center supervisors the specific skills of the vacant position

6.Cooperate with department manager for interview
